Refund policy

Eleven 11 perfumes takes almost care in ensuring all individual
product units are of the highest quality. Since the products are meant
for personal use, returning perfumes and other goods is not a viable
policy.

Refund And Returns Policy Instructions below:

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
Returns will be accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect with
the product or a mismatch of the product.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all
Eleven 11  Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces
and booklets included.
Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns or anything we at Eleven 11
Perfumes reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and
will therefore be sent back to the customer.
Return charges are not applicable if you meet the above conditions.

ITEMS ON SALE CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS
